WATERTOWN AREA HOME BUILDERS
MISSION STATEMENT
The Watertown Area Home Builders Association is an organization of professionals in the building industry dedicated to improving our neighborhoods. Our mission is to promote the home building industry through education, advocacy and community involvement.

Membership is made up of Builder Members (builders, remodelers) and Associate Members (other trade businesses) concerned with the home building industry.
Membership in the Watertown Area Home Builders is three fold. Your membership includes membership of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), South Dakota Home Builders Association and the local Watertown Area Home Builders.
Legislation on the national,state and local levels is monitored to protect the home owner and home builder thus providing safe, affordable housing.
Monthly membership meetings are held with educational presentations on issues related to the home building industry.
